Rosy Kalfus
Rosy Kalfus is a strategist with 20 years of experience helping organizations run innovative, engagement-centered programs and campaigns.
Most recently Rosy was Global Head of Innovation & Capabilities at social impact agency Purpose, where she ran innovative campaigning labs, and built a best-in-class measurement and evaluation program.
Before joining Purpose, Rosy led her own consulting practice working with clients including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Everytown for Gun Safety, Mobilisation Lab, and PL+US.
Previously she was the director of MoveOn.org’s partnerships program, a strategy consultant at Grassroots Solutions, and a campaigner for Obama for America 2008.
Rosy has a Masters of Science in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College.
